At Occasionary.co.uk we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be sent back to us within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, covers, tags, labels, and USB cables.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at support@occasionary.co.uk.
To return an item place the item securely in its original packaging, then mail your return to the address that is provided in your returns confirmation email.
Please note, at present, we do not cover shipping charges for all returns.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. We aim to refund you within fourteen (14) days of when we receive your item to process your return.
Refunds may take up to ten (10) working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
We always quality check every order prior to shipment, but in the case you receive a faulty item, we’ll try to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
Please ensure you inspect your order upon delivery. If your order has arrived damaged, we ask you to get in touch with us as soon as possible by completing a Return Form and selecting “Item is damaged, defective, or broken” in the Return Reason field to arrange a refund.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but please follow our return process for a full refund to your original payment method.
