Refund Policy

We want you to love your Video Book. If you're not completely happy, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

How to return: email info@occasionary.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll reply with our return address. There are no forms.

Return postage: return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service so you can follow it back to us.

Condition: please send the Video Book back as you received it, with its USB cable and packaging.

Refunds: once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take up to 10 working days to show it. We'll email you when it's done.

Damaged or faulty: please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or faulty, email info@occasionary.co.uk within 3 business days with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.

Exchanges: we don't offer exchanges. Return it for a refund and place a new order.
